The Knee Surgery Decision
A study published in a September 2008 edition of
the New England Journal of Medicine showed that
arthroscopic surgery might not provide
any significant benefit for moderate to
severe arthritis of the knee.
Arthroscopic surgery uses two long
probes to re-knit your knee ligament. It
does not require the knee to be cut fully
open.
Some of my clients are injured, disabled or elderly.
Many have some sort of knee inflammation, irritation, or
injury. Knee injuries are often enough...
Gaining Muscle Mass for Sports
There are some myths that you have to stop believing if you want to gain real muscle mass. First, you cannot “push” protein into
muscles by gulping down masses of food and protein drinks. Your body can only store a small amount of protein and the excess will
be converted to body fat. Eat normal amounts, about 25 to 30 grams per meal for a 150 pound man. Second, stop thinking that
muscle growth happens on the workout floor or the sports . . .
Trying to change or repair your body? You can do it. I can help.
Trying to lose weight, repair an injury or just enjoy your body more as you
get older can be tough. I’ve been training since 1981 and I know you can get
results. I don’t sell products because most of the lose-weight, gain-muscle bars
and liquids can’t do anything. I don’t hook you up to expensive machines that can
only take your money.
I work with you. Every person is different. Different bodies, different lives.
The tools to change a body are different for each person. No magic, no TV show
gimmicks, no Hollywood. Just you and the science of your body.
If you’re ready for results, call or e-mail me. You can do it. I can help.
